Held leadership roles in telecom consumer businesses across various organizations over the last 31 years and have worked with almost all telecom majors as clients. Experienced in managing large, geographically spread field forces (over 2000 people) across Sales & Marketing, Operations and HR & Training functions.

Passionate about helping businesses transform with the right strategy and operational support and uncovering new ways of working / new business models. Currently focused on making SmartDukaan an exceptional place for employees to work and ensuring that they drive revenue, growth and market share for SmartDukaan across the country.
