Founder’s Message

For over seven years, SmartDukaan has been driven by a clear purpose, to make technology accessible to every Indian in every town. I firmly believe that the growth trajectory of our nation in this decade hinges on how easily people can access tech products and smart devices. This belief guides everything we build at SmartDukaan.

What began as an effort to support local mobile retailers has grown into a strong ecosystem with more than 450 outlets across 350 cities, helping entrepreneurs grow and ensuring customers in smaller towns get the same products and services available in large cities.

Our mission is simple, to empower entrepreneurs, uplift local retail and make quality tech available everywhere.
To achieve this, we are building a committed team and a reliable network of brand partners, suppliers and service providers who work closely to support every SmartDukaan franchisee. This foundation is what drives our progress and ensures long term success for our retailers.
We are just getting started. The next big retail transformation in India will come from its towns, and SmartDukaan is committed to leading that change.
